Payment and terms of cancellation

The payment for the booked package must be made to Vicenza è soc.cons.r.l. no later than 3 days prior to arrival by:

• credit card though www.vicenzabooking.com, by clicking the button PAYMENTS ONLINE on the left side of the screen and following the provided instructions
• bank transfer to Vicenza è soc.cons.r.l. – IBAN IT 44 T 05728 11809 113570009700 – Banca Popolare di Vicenza – fl.13

This policy defines various ways of cancellations:

• In case of a cancellation or change made to the reservation up to 4 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. • In case of a cancellation of the reservation made by the third day onwards, i.e. after the payment, or in case of a no-show, 100% of the cost of the first night and 100% of entrance tickets will be charged.
• It is possible to change a name on the booking, subject to prior written notification at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., free of charge.

Tourist tax

The estimate cost of the package does not include any tourist tax regulated by the municipalities.
The tax payable to the accommodation facility is paid by the guest directly to the manager of the venue.
